Purchased as a gift for a friend. Washed and conditioned unit myself. Hair was very soft with no shedding. 

I love this hair! It’s so soft and they communicate very fast. The hair is a little shorter than I thought (12 inch) but it’s ok. I will definitely buy another one from here! :)
