cute and charming.I am so fond of it!! The customer service was amazing.They kept in touch the whole time until the hair to my desk, they was very very helpful and communicates promptly. An elastic was included which i requested which I sewed to make the wig tighter.If your undecided about if you should get this hair or not.. GET THIS HAIR!
