For starters, I spent weeks watching You Tube videos to find a good unit. For a person who usually sports sew ins , I was nervous purchasing a wig for the first time from a vendor I knew nothing about, had no previous experience purchasing hair from, or not knowing anyone who did. So after watching many videos and seeing people say negative things about almost every company I researched. I ended up choosing this one. I couldn't find one bad review about this company. Not to mention the hair is way more affordable than all these other companies who, non the less are selling shitty hair for a high price. Anyway's this wig arrived very fast, and is beautiful.  However,the knots were supposed to be bleached but they weren't ( no big deal i bleached them myself). Other than that, the hair was great and they weren't cheap with the density of hair. The length was true to length. Two things I LOVED about this unit, was how natural the hairline appears, and the cap fitting my head with room to adjust the adjustable straps if needed. I ended up installing two tracks of bundle hair ( I just wanted it to be a little fuller but wasn't required), and an elastic band for an even more secure fit ( even though this comes with combs and an adjustable band). I also dyed the hair a soft black without bleach ( didn't like the natural color) and the hair didn't dry, lose its luster, matte, or shed. To preserve the 360 frontal, I sealed the knots on the lace by spraying 2-3 coats of clear acrylic coating spray, and letting it dry over night. I don't know how the hair will hold in the long run, but I'm sure with a little TLC it will be fine. I will definitely keep ordering from this company.
