it came pre-plucked so that was a plus even though I did a little more plucking myself.I already made a wig and I've been rocking my unit about three weeks now. I’m loving the compliments. All in all I'm very satisfied and will definitely be ordering again.

The frontal is so good quality, silky and density on point. I has some issues but they were quickly solved as the communication with the team was good.
